RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customer Satisfaction is always our goal, our exchange policy allows you to exchange items that doesn’t fit or items that just isn’t your style. 
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS..WE CAN OFFER STORE CREDIT for any merchandise that you do not want to exchange. A gift card/store credit will be issued and emailed to you within 48 hours of us receiving the returned merchandise. We accept all exchanges (7) days from the day you have purchased in person or received your items by mail. Items that are altered, worn, torn, damaged or has an odor/smokey smell WILL NOT be eligible for exchange. Please note that Sha’ron’s Paradise has the right to refuse any return that does not meet any of the listed requirements. 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING 
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Please be sure to enter the correct email at checkout for proper correspondence.
If there is a delay on our end (such as high volume of orders) we promise to notify you via email. We are NOT responsible for any delivery carrier shipping delays. 
We do NOT refund any lost, stolen or non-delivered packages. Please contact the designated delivery carrier. 
FINAL SALE
