Customer Satisfaction is always our goal, our exchange policy allows you to exchange items that doesn’t fit or items that just isn’t your style.
We accept all exchanges (5) days from the day you purchased your items. Items that are altered, worn, torn, damaged or has an odor/smokey smell WILL NOT be eligible for exchange. Please note that Sha’ron’s Paradise has the right to refuse any return that does not meet any of the listed requirements.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS..WE CAN OFFER STORE CREDIT for any merchandise that you do not want to exchange. A gift card/store credit will be issued and emailed to you within 48 hours of receiving merchandise.
